If you experience lost items, received the wrong coffee item, or primary packaging defect, then you are eligible for an exchange/compensation with supporting evidence (Images & Videos). Let us know your order number so we can investigate it further into this matter.

Please report the item in its original packaging within 5 days of your receiving date. Marcker Coffee reserve the right to accept or reject the request for the exchange and the compensation claim.
After receiving your parcel, kindly give us 5 working days to make it right.
