Shipping Policy
With the minimum order amount below, you may enjoy free shipping to Peninsular Malaysia, East Malaysia.
Peninsular Malaysia: RM80 & above for all coffee products East Malaysia: RM180 & above for all coffee products
However, Maker Coffee may offers at times free shipping. If we do, free shipping applies to all our products unless stated otherwise.
We deliver our coffee products to Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan.
Currently, we only deliver our products within Malaysia. However, you may let us know if you are interested to buy our products but living in an area where we do not cover at the moment!
The shipping rate is subjected to the final amount of your purchases and the delivery location.
For Peninsular Malaysia: Below RM80: RM6 RM80 & Above: Free Shipping
For Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan: Below RM180: Subjected to the total weight of the order RM180 & Above: Free Shipping
We will take maximum two working days to process and ship your order during our operation hours from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm. Any order made during Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays will be shipped on the next available working day.
Delivery usually takes about 3 to 5 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and 5-7 working days for Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. The delivery time might further extend due to any unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If you are unable to find the email with the tracking number, it could have entered spam or junk folder. Kindly whitelist us on the email setting to avoid a similar issue.
Alternatively, you may find your tracking number under your account. Please follow the steps below to access your tracking number:
Click at the Login Bar on top right.
Select My Orders and click View on your selected order
You shall be able to find the tracking number
Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via email. You may track your order from the carrier’s website.
Unfortunately, we are not able to change your delivery address after we dispatch your order. Kindly confirm your delivery address before you proceed with the payment.
Maker Coffee does not guarantee shipments with inaccurate or incomplete names or delivery address. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide an accurate and complete name and delivery address.
The carrier may reattempt the delivery subjected to their policy. Some carriers will leave a note for the recipient to arrange for redelivery or self pick-up. If all delivery attempts fail, the package may be returned to Maker Coffee. Customers may contact Maker Coffee to arrange for another delivery with additional charges. Most deliveries take place during business hours (08:30 – 17:30), subject to carriers’ practices.
You may contact us by providing your order number, tracking number and some basic personal details. We will investigate and revert to you as soon as possible
Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Maker Coffee Malaysia!
If you experience lost items, received the wrong coffee item, or primary packaging defect, then you are eligible for an exchange/compensation with supporting evidence (Images & Videos). Let us know your order number so we can investigate it further into this matter.
Please report the item in its original packaging within 5 days of your receiving date. Maker Coffee reserve the right to accept or reject the request for the exchange and the compensation claim.
After receiving your parcel, kindly give us 5 working days to make it right.
We do not accept any return from in-store purchases and online purchases.
Voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code or during a promotion, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.
